With over 4,000 assessments conducted, we have developed a deep understanding of the factors that contribute to performance, potential, and leadership.

However, it became evident that conventional HR tools were inadequate in their depth and lack of connection to business outcomes.

Organizations required a scalable method to access the same level of insight, grounded in neuroscience, tailored to context, and precise enough to predict real performance.

We started to develop CohrEx in 2023, a platform that transforms neuroscientific and organizational data into accurate, human-centered insights that strengthen every decision about people.
